OK so Now its been awhile and like I stated before Life gets in the way. Shortly after starting this blog I couldnt lose weight I was trying everything and I just could not. I was trying to prepare for my April 2012 wedding. Well March 23,2012 I ended up in the Emergency room with a football size ovarian cyst. The doctors were able to get it out and there was no cancer which was such a blessing to my family and I. 

Now In Aug of 2012 Adrian and I are married and absolutey loving the married life. WE both decided though that we have to get back on track. Recently with a trip to the doctors we were informed Adrian needed to lower his blood pressure. We cut out all energy drinks which were being consumed quite regularly and no more NO Explode. WE will now be doing this changing our life the healthy way!!!!
