Good Morning!
Day 1--- 5 am workout! I started the day off with some N.O. Explode this is a supplement that is some what like an energy drink but better this drink makes you work harder, better, faster, stronger!
This is an amazing supplement but be-careful, I have to take this stuff in weeks at a time and then slowing go off and get back on again! Its so good!
I am so happy that I have the drive again to do this and to have the support in my life to succeed.
At the gym today I did 30 min on the treadmill starting at 3.0 speed and 5 incline. Then slowly moving up in incline, ending at a 12.0 incline, and slowly moved it back down!
After that I went into the weight room, and did a set I used the smith machine doing front squats with no weight the first set, for 10. Then 10 push ups on the bench and 10 step ups per side on the bench followed by 20 sit ups on an incline bench! I did three sets of this each time I would add more weight to my squat. 1-0lbs. 2-10lbs each side, 3- 15lbs. Each side!
After that work out I ran 1/4 mile and came home for breakfast!
Its day 1 and I weighed in at 197.6 I hope eating today will be good and I can workout later tonight! Until tomorrow! GET UP AND MOVE! HARD WORK..

Welcome...
Hi I am Riley!
For the past three years I have been trying to get my weight under control in Dec of 2009 my friend Tanya and I did a triathlon in Hemet CA. We loved it and wanted more! FYI- I was weighing in at 195 this was the first time in my life as a teen/adult that I was ever in the 100 lbs category.
After our triathlon we decided to start a program with our gym called Fit in 42 this was through a gym called Next level Fitness. This program was 6 weeks and amazing, we had such a great time and it was awesome to have a group of 20 people or so to share in your success, weakness, and starting to love yourself!
Pictured above is my friend Veronica and I one morning at Fit in 42. At the end of fit in 42, I was weighing 177.The months following FN42 I kept with my eating right and working out like crazy. In Dec of 2010, I finally got down to 169 lbs, being the lightest I've ever been I was feeling amazing and wanted more, I wanted more wight gone, more success!
--- In Sep of 2010 I met a man named Adrian, he stole my heart the day I met him we fell in love and are going to be celebrating our 1 year next week. Last month we were in Hawaii and he purposed. I am the happiest girl in the world. Because life has happened I have gained back almost 30lbs that I worked so hard to lose. I Do NOT want anyone to get the wrong impression I would never take back my relationship or anything that is happened in my life this last year, I just want to get back on track with my weight loss goals and becoming a healthy person for my soon to be husband and our future family.
In this blog I will go through 90 days of my life. I named this blog HardworkReallife because I know what hard work is and I also know that Real life happens and you cant stop it. I want to work hard again and show those who have dreams and hopes that anything is possible. I want to share everything with you! I will put up pictures and show my workouts and what I eat. I hope to reach my goals and along the way have people join me! You are never to young or old to change your life and make a difference!
-- I have to thank my family for always supporting me through everything in my life I want to be able to share this with them, after my triathlon my dad started a program called south beach diet and has lost 80 lbs. I am so proud of him and together we want to achieve our fitness goals! Our workouts start at 5 am at Palm Desert Athletic Club and I couldn't have a better work out partner!
Get Ready for the good, bad, and the ugly truth!
